EmbodyVerse Lab was a VR installation at the Waking Life Festival in Crato, Portugal. The aims were to create a discussion on the concept of Avatar mirroring, where users interact with 3D avatars that mirror themselves and their movements. The experience also included a live instrumentalist and voice healer, which allowed users to tap into emotional aspects of the experience, such as self-love or vulnerability. This documentary explores the creative potential and privilege of designing immersive virtual journeys and raises questions about how avatars and virtual spaces can impact one's concept of identity.
